No-charge and dealer samples for authorized dealers, with a $2.50 shipping and handling charge per sample. Sample orders go in on their own, not combined with other products. The form lists what qualifies.

Returns
For product going back to Emtek or Schaub.

Return Goods Form
For Emtek and Schaub product shipped within 180 days of the invoice date, returned by the dealer who bought it. A minimum 25% restocking fee applies. The form has the full terms and the return address, and it ships back with the product.
